The following conditions where I, Krissy Franks, give individuals permission to link or to download JPEG images from this website at no charge:

c. Anyone can download images to use as digital wallpapers for the express use of displaying them on screen on any personal computer or device that is not being used for commercial or public viewing purposes.

d. Use by educational institutions and Commonwealth and State governments, provided fair compensation is paid.

2. Permission for Online Use

The following conditions define my authorisation for use of my images on the web, free of charge, so long as proper attribution of Copyright is given to me, Kristina Franks and include the relevant website or social media page links.

a. You may make links to the images on pages you maintain for yourself for personal, non-commercial use.

b. Any image that is shared online via Facebook is to be credited with a link to the Krissy Franks Photography Facebook page (facebook.com/krissyfranksphotography) with the social media handle of @krissyfranksphotography. Do not use filters or edit the photography in any way shape or form. In addition, any image that is used as above must not be edited in any way shape or form including the use of filters.

c. Any image that is shared online via Instagram is to be credited with a link to the Krissy Franks Photography Instagram page (instagram.com/krissyfranksphotography) with the social media handle of @krissyfranksphotography. In addition, any image that is used as above must not be edited in any way shape or form including the use of filters.

d. Any image that is shared online via any other social media website or any other website available for public viewing is to be credited with a link to the Krissy Franks Photography website (krissyfranksphotography.com.au). In addition, any image that is used as above must not be edited in any way shape or form including the use of filters.

e. If you are preparing free online site guides for other photographers, bloggers, and photograph forums, you must ask for prior permission and agree to proper attribution of copyright is given to me, Krissy Franks and include the website address krissyfranksphotography.com.au or social media handle @krissyfranksphotography.

In addition, any image that is used in a defamatory, pornographic or any other unlawful manor will be seen as an act of copyright infringement and/or defamation and is punishable by fines and/or imprisonment.
